On March 27th, 2024, XCAD Network, a tokenisation platform for YouTubers, announced that it has signed MOUs with multiple governments to expand incentivised Web3 education to millions of people worldwide. This partnership aims to bridge the gap between Web2 and Web3 and enable more individuals to participate in the Web3 space.
The first government agreement has been signed with Pakistan, where XCAD will distribute and incentivise the consumption of educational media among citizens. Education is the first step in bringing new people into the Web3 space, and XCAD Network will work with governments to launch pilot campaigns to educate their citizens on various Web3 topics. These campaigns will be joint efforts between the governments, the XCAD team, and select content creators from the respective country.
To access the educational content, users will need to download the XCAD Network application, where they can watch interactive modules and consume educational content on Web3. Upon completion, users will be rewarded with tokens. The focus of these campaigns will be on blockchain, cryptocurrency, and the Web3 world, but governments can also choose to educate their citizens on other subjects, such as financial literacy.
According to Oliver Bell, the CEO of XCAD Network, working directly with government entities is a significant step for the project and the Web3 space as a whole. This partnership aligns with the government’s vision towards digitisation and global blockchain adoption.
XCAD Network also plans to collaborate with governments to boost travel and tourism engagement in their country. The platform will partner with creators and citizens to create engaging educational content around tourism, and those who consume the content will be rewarded.

However, with government involvement, the project gains more credibility, attracting even bigger names to issue creator tokens, staying on top of regulatory requirements, and driving more users to the platform.
