The incident sparked various reactions from bewildered fans. Some were relieved that Holland did not genuinely endorse cryptocurrency, while others found humor in the bizarre situation. There was also banter about why the hacker did not take advantage of the opportunity to create fake Spider-Man 4 teasers.
